REAL ESTATE INVESTING

Introduction to Real Estate Investing

I have started my real estate journey since early 2017. I started by getting my real estate license but I really wanted to jump into investing right away. As you scroll through some of my projects, you can see some strategies such as fixes and flips, rentals, buy and hold, joint ventures with other investors, and much more. I wanted to expose myself to bigger opportunities, I got my builder’s license in 2019 which let me pursue even more projects and offer more value to the other investors I work with.

So, the question now is..

HOW CAN YOU GET STARTED?

It Starts With..

Educating and exposing yourself about this industry, and the nature of how things work. You have to also be very committed when you decide to be involved. Once you decide on that, the potential is unlimited, however, don’t let the excitement cost you lots of money, strategic planning, working with a mentor or guide, starting with 1 small project and laying the plan on paper can certainly offer you lots of knowledge and potential of wealth creation.

What to Expect When Starting?

Well, the coolest part about this, is you set the rules, but consistency and following the plan is key. There’s mixed information online about whether you need lots of money, or no money at all. Let me tell you, the answer is both are possible, but it all depends on what you are doing. Now keep in mind, real estate is a hard and tangible asset, so you won’t be making much if you can’t put any money. I do have lots of financial resources, but for a typical investment, you still have to put some type of money into it.
